Welcome to Realign. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Realign mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Good Vibes Apps LTD ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

You may use Realign for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the app or interfere with its normal operation. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.

User Data

All data you enter in the app (such as goals, tasks, reflections, and preferences) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data.

Subscriptions and Payments

Realign may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is processed through Apple’s App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trials may be offered and will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, branding, and code in Realign are the intellectual property of Good Vibes Apps LTD. You may not reuse or redistribute any part of the app without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Realign is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or outcomes resulting from your use of the app. You use Realign at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms.
